Hats on Post is a lovely little shop run by Peg Purcell and is located at 210 Post Street in San Francisco. It is in the Shreve Building across from the Prada store. 

I recommend stopping by if you are shopping in Union Square - just call 415-392-3737 at least an hour before you plan to be in the area.

Hats: An Anthology at the Peabody Essex Museum

I had the pleasure of visiting the Hats: An Anthology exhibit at the Peabody Essex Museum (PEM) earlier this month.

A fellow museum-goer wanted a photo of me in my Ellen Christine hat. Luckily, she snapped this pic before the guard informed us that photography was not allowed.

The hats in the main part of the exhibit could not be photographed, but I took photos of my favorites displayed on the ground floor of the PEM.

The Hats: An Anthology exhibit is at the Peabody Essex Museum in Salem, MA through February 3, 2013. The PEM gift shop had an impressive selection of high end millinery, including fall hats in felt, when I visited the museum in early October 2012.

My summer-wardrobe always seems to be filled with two things - bold and colourful sundresses, and denim shorts, so when I came across these frayed Insight shorts (also seen here), I couldn't resist adding another pair to my growing pile.

For my latest guest style post for SurfStitch, I decided to dress up these shorts and tank, with key statement accessories. Once again, my gorgeous Fiel Sol necklace completes the look perfectly.

I'm absolutely a dress lover, and my latest wardrobe addition - this incredible print dress, has got to be up there with my growing collection of favourites.

Yesterday, I have the pleasure of teaming up with my favourite summer label, Vamastyle, to shoot a special project. It was a picture perfect sunny day filled with beautiful Vamastyle prints and colour.

STEP Out to the Races 2012 - Saratoga Therapeutic Equestrian Program

The Saratoga Therapeutic Equine Program will hold their 
'STEP out 2 the RACES' fundraiser 
on Sunday, October 21, 2012 from 12 - 4 p.m. 
at the Saratoga Casino and Raceway. 
Proceeds will go towards caring for the horses through the winter.
